Armageddon modifies the water level on Altis quite aggressively and causes it to remain high when joining other servers. I am looking at whether its possible for to reset it on GW's end to prevent this happening (and since the Armageddon authors don't seem particularily optimistic about fixing it any time soon...)[forums.bistudio.com]
After doing that, the player I was talking about was able to run around and use some, but not all of the features in Get Wrecked as the mission file they had didn't seem to be loading properly. But we're not sure yet if that was just another mod conflict or something else more sinister.
Please double check you are not running any other mods first and let me know how you get on!
Edit:
Just tried it myself... this is what you will see if you try and play with Armageddon running:

I found that if you set the mission time to November 24 6:50am, the area is fine but within an hour or so the MaxTide value set by Armageddon will cause that area to flood again.
P.S - Expect some YouTube episodes of GetWrecked pretty soon. Cheers! :)
