Pruning is still on and none of this is available to me so far, is there something I must do to enable it?
As above. This seems more official than a mod? please advise.

At the main menu. before you load your save file, there is a button labeled Mods.
Click and and all the mods you have subscribed to are listed here. One column is disabled mods, the other enabled mods. You need to enable them for them to work.

NEVER DISABLE CORE!! If you do the game wont load and you will need to go into the directory and delete a file to reset the mod list to default.
