Dryads & Gauranlen Trees Reworked
Have some problems with dryads. Need help.
What factors affects Harmony?
I was playing with this mod, almost raised Harmony pretty high i assume (the last task i can remember is to raise price of nearby shrines to 15k) all was fine and then Harmony just dropped in half. I lost 1-2 dryads on each tree. I dont have any mechanoids, and both shrines and trees have no warnings in description - one shrine was complaining about building nearby, so i moved it a bit, but nothing more. What could've caused this issue? Logs or devmode didn't show anything too.

Second issue i had was dryads just doing everything with higher priority (probably due too unlimited free time) then human pawns. It caused high-velue rare resources being dug up by dryads instead of proper miner with high efficiency, and loosing large chunk of said resourses, or deadly ill patient being poorly treated by dryad by hands instead of doctor with proper skill and medicine type, or injured after raid pawns being untreated for long time (doctors wasn't bothering about treating patients as dryads were already tasked for that, but due to long distance between trees and hospital it took them very long time to get there).

Another case of this being dryads traveling whole map to the hospital and back if they ordered to create regenerative cocoon, sometimes dying in the process from bloodloss, because they keep task of "going to rest" until it completed, without a way of cancelling it with, for example, drafting - but it is probably a vanilla issue, while i will really appreciate if it were fixed within your mod.

It would be really good and helpful if there were a way to restrict some jobs or orders to be completed "by human only", or at least give zone restriction to every cast of dryads, instead of hauler-only.
