not sure if its a bug (probably) but i have negative losses as germany, havent done many occult projects and havent take any decision that adds manpower

There is an issue when researching "Dark Alchemy". It gives a +50% Trickelback/Warsupport modifier. This modifier is however not for the entire division, but instead a modifier per infantry battalion, which means that it will be added together to form the total stat for the division. That way my infantry divisions reach stupid amounts of Trickelback like 450%, with 9 infantry battalions. I assume that it is not intended.

id the ubersoldatan model just not in the mod right now or is it currently just messed up

If running other overhaul mods check the discord for compatibility patches. That ???? facility is spawned in the game by researching the "Eldritch Nexus" Special Project. After its research the game spawns the ????? facility all across the globe (UK, USA, PER, TIB, SPA, ROM, GER, RUS, NOR, ICE, EGY). If you a lucky you will have it in your country, if not you will have to go conquer it to use. Sorry if inconvenient, its how i programmed it like a month ago on my first iteration of the mod.
I don't see any artifacts on the raid map. I've tested it with pure Vanilla (no mods), finished all the facility projects but: nothing.
I got the tomb raider, I made sure I had wings and a surplus of strat bombers and transport planes, but the targets don't even show up. I do see the usual raid targets, such as enemy facilities or oil felds.

Works almost as a Nuke in that I can target any province if I put an icon it would fill up every tile.

I haven't done a nuke raid using the latest rules, so I was expecting to see pre-placed raid targets for the artifacts.,.

Think the risk calculation in artifact raids is wrong. The critical failure chance gets higher if the unit has higher lvl. noticed with Elite treasure hunter. Crit chance there is 50% base +10 % from xp. Newly built, lvl 1it is 50% base -10%.
