The satchel spawn is 50%.
The cure's and meds are not in the bag, but on the corpse. They spawn separately, and the spawn rate is set in the sandbox. It defaults at 100% though, so it should always have one.
Ah I see, thank you very much!! I had my settings on 25% cure and 75% delay medicine, thinking it would total to one of the two spawning 100% of the time, but I'm mistaken and unlucky!
Maybe a crafting recipe must be created for each stage of the bottle's quantity.
