Targeting issues with Static Cannons
Some players have mentioned issues with static cannons acting funny when a target is selected.

All weapons in this pack use the turret rig system for a number of reasons, and with that, they have the ability to use the AI targeting system as well.

I have looked into ways to disable the targeting on the code side to avoid static cannons firing in directions they're not pointed at but so far nothing completely removes the system. So for now, instead of rewriting the code for all those weapons, here is the easiest way to remove the targeting from static cannons.

In the terminal, select the weapons that you want this turned off. Within their controls change these options:

1) Scroll down to the targeting section and turn off all the targeting options, Ie Ships, Stations, Characters, etc.

2) Under those options there is a check box that says Enable target locking, if not already un-checked, un-check this box so its empty.

3/ Just under that there is a drop down box for the Target Options, set this to default and this SHOULD remove 95% of the targeting issues.

You will still be able to target, but the weapons won't auto fire nor lock the projectile to a direction its barrel isn't pointed at.

I know this is a bit of a hassle, but is the quickest work around without having to rewriting the code for more than 4 dozen block items.
