Proficiency Hacker
Weapons - Smart Pistol - Gremlin - Arcthrower

Proficiency Perk Details
  • Level 1 (Rank 1) - Gain the passive "Power Surge" - You deal +1 damage with Gremlin abilities for every 20 Hacking past 60. +5 Hack.
  • Level 1 (Rank 1) - Gain the passive "Partner Hack" - Your bond mate starts the mission with bonus Hack based on bond level.
  • Level 2 (Rank 3) - Gain the passive "Action Protocol" - Grants you +1 AP each round. +5 Hack.
  • Level 3 (Rank 5) - Gain the passive "Extended Signal Range" - All Gremlin abilities can be used at Squadsight range. +5 Hack.
  • Level 4 (Rank 7) - Gain +45 Hack.
Rank 1:
  • Hack Mastery - Details listed above.
  • Interferance - Use Gremlin to cancel overwatch on target.
  • Fail Safe - If you fail a hack, you prevent any negative effects from occurring.
  • Hack - Vanilla.

Rank 2:
  • Chaining Jolt - Use the Gremlin to jolt enemies. Can chain to multiple enemies.
  • Arcing Haywire - Use arcthrower to hack robot.
  • Trojan - Enemy units that are hacked take damage and lose their actions on the turn the hack effect ends.

Rank 3:
  • Burial Protocl - Deals low damage, but if target dies, refunds actions.
  • Zap Hack - Use arcthrower to hack a robot.
  • Voltaic Arc - Gremlin will jolt enemies that get too close.

Rank 4:
  • Shock Protocl - Inflict target with Electroshock and deal damage to them.
  • Gremlin Insanity - Stun or take control of a robitic enemy.
  • High Voltage - Gremlin chain attacks deal more damage the more targets they chain to.

Rank 5:
  • Chain Discharge - Chain jolts everything in an area.
  • Thats Close Enough - Zap enemies that get too close with arcthrower.
  • Infiltrator - Gain Lightning Reflexes and bonus Hack.

Rank 6:
  • Freeze Protocol - Freeze target.
  • Phase Lance - Arcthrower attack that pierces enemies.
  • Rapid Arc - Arcthrower abilities no longer end the turn.

Rank 7:
  • Winter Protocol - Damage and Chill enemies in a large area.
  • Cascading Lance - Arcthrower attack that does more damage the more enemies it pierces through.
  • Shock Thereapy - Gremlin chain attacks apply disorient and stun.

Rank 8:
  • White-out Protocol - Blind and Chill enemies in a large area.
  • Full Override - Take permanent control of a robotic unit.
  • Hack Proficiency - Gain an +40 Hack.

NOTE: The power surge is a custom perk I created and use OPTC to add its effects all the gremlin skills here. If you have a gremlin skill you want this functionality for, let me know in the comments section so I can add it.
