pls fix <3 mods haven't changed except camouflage selector and white Phosphor NVD's
Also some other walking animations are kinda weird :D
Sadly, there's little I can do about the animations, they're done by a friend of mine that isn't exactly a pro in that regard, he's still learning, so whenever he updates them, I'll also include them here, if you want them to be less snappy, activate the "Wait for clear" automatically, the thumbsup icon on the 2nd row, it will make your troopers stop when they see an enemy and not move again until dealing with them.
About the problem itself, I swear I am testing them right now with no other mods, and works as intended, my only solution would be to unequip the gun, play a mission, and equip it again, forcing the game to update the animations so to speak. If the problem continues, post again, I will see if there is something I can do on my end, sorry.
EDIT: Another possible solution could be to unsubscribe to the mod and subscribe again, forcing Steam to download the latest update, perhaps you didn't get it and that is why is still broken.
EDIT2: A hotfix has been uploaded, try any of the methods and check if they work for you.
When: Opening "Squads" menu; campaign/mission planning screen.
Details: The new operators (medic & interpreter) are not added to units created before the update. Only an empty placeholder is visible. Creating a new squad properly displays the new operators.

That's not a bug, but how the game works, it creates an index when you create a new squad, and never updates it. So if you make modifications to the unit, the game won't register them until you create a new squad.
If you want to play with the new classes, you will have to create a new squad, I'm sorry. If you do, make sure to read the changelog, there it is explained what you need to do to fix a bug related to the custom portraits.
When: At squad Equipment screen
Details: Once you unequip the Platoon Leader's P8 pistol, it doesn't show up on the secondary weapon menu and cannot be re-equipped
Screenshot: None? it's self explanatory

Complete oversight, it has been corrected and will be fixed next patch. Thanks for the report!
