When starting the map, an error window opens and the game closes. what can i do?

Make sure you trigger the console in the labs before you the tv steo begins, then you have to do them in the order listed in the steps.

I'm unsure if anyone else has received this error so I don't know if it's on my end or yours but i'd try redownloading and if the issue persists ill look into it.

If 5th perk slot is already filled. The fountain perk ee will not give you a 6th but instead a self-revive(I think). I'll be looking it this.

hmmm, I've never seen this before. I'll try to look and see if it's on my end. If you haven't already try re-downloading. Sorry you're running into this issue.
