Maybe also ad an option that can make the factions friendly to eachother meanwhile you are wanted to prevent infighting or keep it to make it seem like there is a bounty on you or something.
Reserves:the ammount of certain npc's the faction has.
The reserves restores 1 npc every X seconds.
If you kill so much so fast that the reserve is empty then the stars drops down completely then you "complete" the faction simiraly to killing wipey(optional)

Mostly usefull for custom factions as we are olny limited to five stars.
The defacto 6th star will be located at 900 pts and if reached and the option is enabled the faction will change to a different faction with a set ammount of stars ex:

look for faction types instead of individual npcs then after picking you can select specific npcs
the ability to have more than 1 faction be involved in the wanted levels
