General Information and Load Order
The aim of this mod is to add a balanced, lore-friendly Monuments/key locations to the OWB mod. Utilising information available, locations will either be present according to lore-dates or "buildable". Bonuses will be provided in a way that will not hurt standard gameplay and give minor advantages instead.
