Technical Details
MY MOD EXPLAINED:

  • Shooting a gun tracks the weapon's sound radius and adds it to the counter
  • Aiming level reduces latest radius number by 5% per level
  • Wearing Ear Protection negates the latest gunshot radius completely
  • Shooting inside will double the latest radius
  • Ears will ring when you reach 20%, 30%, 50%, 75%, and 90% of the total amount in the tracker.
  • 100% means you've hit the threshold for Deafness (default 143,000 total sound radius).
  • Tinnitus sound effects play at these periods and when you get deaf or HOH
  • HOH is added after too many unprotected shots are fired in the last hour, (4000 sound radius, equal to 20 shotgun shots). It will be removed after 3 hours.
  • Leveling up Aiming skill reduces the counter by a factor of 1000 per level, meaning that leveling up from 0 to 10 will reduce the total by 55,000
  • Custom sandbox options available to customize the threshold
