generator fuel consumption multiplier

seems like the gen doesnt act accordingly with the generator fuel consumption multiplier which can be set from sandbox settings. i see that my gen runs out of gas too quick even when my base is a small one

Thanks for opening a thread for this topic, I'll look into updating the mod to the sandbox settings.
