Light Distribution

I noticed that in the Rosewood Fire Station, some rooms (such as the garage and kitchen) are to bright although the light is switched off. On the other hand, some rooms are too dim when the light is turned on.

I thought I was the only one experiencing this, because of the many mods I use, I thought, but it turns out not to be the case.
