1 - After installing the mod and loading a save, most items in the ship's cargo do not get their stack size changed. This is mainly for ammo, and items that normally don't stack. Not sure if this is actually a bug, but thought I'd mention it still.
2 - Some items get assigned a stack size that does not correspond to any of the settings in the mod. Example: For me gunpowder's stack size turned to 10, but I had no category that was set to 10. After I saved and loaded my save again the stack size changed to the one in my setting.
I will look into individual items and why they are not getting updated.
so you need some reloading before it actually decide to load from mcm
some values don't change like trade goods or ammo
in new save values of ammo are set properly but some values
like for example gunpowder others mentioned are set to 10
Also, gunpowder seems to be classified as "trash", so its stack size will be according to the one set in that category.
Regarding the update of the values, in version 0.9.0 there's not the "AfterSaveLoaded" hook, so I currently update configuration when you save config using MCM. To ensure that the mod loaded fine in this version, restart the game or save the config using the MCM.
Also engineering Kit seems to be in no category as it reverted to 3/3
Your mod is essential :)
Sorry for any inconveniences this might have caused. Uploaded a new version that fixes that.
Thank you all for point that out!
Which metal stacks do you mean?
- Armor plate
- Lamp
- Printed Circuit Board
- Ceramic Plate
- Lens
- Plastic
- Rags
- Rubber
- Rusty metal
- Insulating Tape
- Transformer
- Engineering kit
These have vanilla stats, they did multiplied before one of recent updates :)
Are you in beta version? Or have any other stacking mod installed?
Otherwise, I recommend you reinstall the mod to forcefully update it. And just to be double sure, delete the config. You can find it here:
C:\Users\{username}\AppData\LocalLow\Magnum Scriptum Ltd\Quasimorph_ModConfigs\ConfigurableStackSizes
Please let me know if the issue is solved with this. Otherwise we'll keep looking :D
May wanna add that to mod description as a potential solution :)
Btw, out of sheer curiosity - any chance for stackable chips? :D
