[Bug] Ressurector Mech Serum Bill does not detect Neurotrainers
When queueing a Bill for the Ressurector Mech Serum, it will say "Missing 2x neurotrainers" even though I have 3 Skilltrainers(Animal) on the map. I tested with and without other mods.

Same bug here, it doesnt accept Psytrainers (with psycast abilities) even if they are show in bill ingredients as checked.

It does accept Skilltrainers tho.
