I like this addon a lot, it's very immersive and sounds nice

A few problems I ran into:
- Sounds randomly failing to load (seems like you already got that, though)
- Sounds from npcs will be stuck at where they were last heard when npc is not in view, until npc is in view again
- Sounds will randomly be sped up. This may be an addon conflict thing though.. Physics Throttler (which messes with timescale) and Draconic Base (host_timescale sound alteration) are my main suspects but I don't know exactly what

As a person who loves sound design I think this feature is much needed, as someone who likes to sneak around npcs on various maps it gives me anxiety haha
