Feature idea: Half-foot mantle
I the "Marius Leitdorf" sovereign citizen of shattered empire, Wish to display my prize on a mantle on my fireplace. A custom stuff like these would go well into decorating my fine estate.

Half-foot mantle: Head of a half-foot on mantle with it's name.

Stuffed half-foot puppet: Stuffed half-foot for a display.

That is clever, but sadly, you couldn't do it. The reason is because this is a Xenotype, not a HAR Mod Race, so its Thing Def is "Human" (and when dead, "Corpse_Human"). "Rimworld" has no way to make a Building that would recognize the human corpse is specifically a Half Foot or not.

If this was a HAR Mod Race, you could easily do this by creating a Recipe with the ingredients of a single corpse of that HAR Mod Race.
