Carthage and secession rome attack me

some ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ happened today in my campaign where i was sieging a city held by the separatists and there was a little 5 stack carthage army behind me. they decided to attack but for some stupid ♥♥♥♥♥♥ reason they teamed up with secession rome so now im fighting them both in battle even though they aren't allies.

Possibly just due to having mutual enemy in you. Anyway, its a game thing, we can't even mod stuff like that.
