Is it possible to overhaul the Persian/Parthian/Nomadic character names?

Since the nomads are finally being reworked I figured it'd be a good time to address the weirdly large amount of Babylonian and Assyrian names like Ashurbanipal, Manuiqapi, Ishme-ea, and other Bronze age Mesopotamian names likely leftover from vanilla.

For example some common Persian/Parthian names: Darius, Cyrus, Bijan, Ardeshir, Vologases, and many other names from Shahmaneh and other sources.

To compensate for the lack of records on these names, Greek culture was prevalent among all eastern peoples and so names a few Greek names could work as well, especially for the nomads.

Also the AOR/Mercenary units in Parthava are not up to date with the current Parthian rework, they still look the exact same as they did before Parthia was updated.
