Is it normal that starting funds are so high?
Hey everyone! I started a new campaign after a long while not playing and saw that my starting funds for Atropatkan are 21000. I think this is too much. Is the campaign balanced around that, or is it a bug?

Considering how everything is much more expensive in both building and upkeep, yes its intended.

And you still see a lot of comment stating DeI is too difficult at start.
