Looking for some mod-tweaking help, and not sure if anyone else knows where to find this. I'm looking to tweak the db tables for my own version of DEI (strictly for personal use) and adjust the effects of the empire government type for Rome. I've been able to find an effects bundle reference for the empire government type using RPFM, but I can't seem to find where I can edit the values used for that effect bundle itself. Has anyone else located or tweaked those values before? Any help is appreciated, including confirmation that this isn't actually possible.
