This thing can lift fine, but if you fill the grinders with stone then it no longer can lift it.
Problem there is you're not increasing the mass of the top grid of the rotor but effectively pulling it while it has low mass (because other subgrids are more massive and gravity)
But if you place a heavy block on the piston grid (which is the top grid of the rotor) then the mass will be closer to equalization and it can lift it no problem.
The hinges have the exact same mass as vanilla rotors (which is determined by the components).
