Because I can't think of any without turning it into a Sydney Huntsman.
To all the comments saying that it'll be good, IT WON'T! That'll make them almost the same weapons! We need new weapons, not old ones!

+On Hit: Jarate applied to target for 8 seconds

I like this idea, it encourages players to aim their shots better, like the widowmaker or the Bazarr Bargain.

why not make it a high risk high reward gun? 25+ dmg and 25% slower firing? it will also make players have to aim more. and maybe add a 3 second jarate on fully loaded shots?
i personally would use it and if it is too op just tweak the stats a bit.

Upon fully charged headshot has a 50% chance for arrow to explode and a 50% chance for all nearby enemies to be coated in jarate

-50% damage
-10 health on wearer

I like your idea, but the thing is a headshot with the bow will probably kill most classes in a headshot anyway, and slowing a heavy down isn't going to help much. It's clear he wanted a jarate feature to be there, or else he wouldn't have made the bow have a canister full of it.

Knockback on hit (due to explosion stuff). No jarate, ♥♥♥♥ that.

You say that " We need new weapons, not old ones!", but you are making a bow that works like Jarate. Those are two weapons that are in the game already. I just wanted to say that. Don't get me wrong, I like the idea of a bow that shoots urine coated arrows. Ok Im being useless to this discussion anyway, so yeah. Just consider that and give me your soul when you are ready.
