Bloodbath in Paradise [WiP - final3]

My opinion on this map being suggested on a server I play on
This is the response I made on the steam-gamers.net website when someone suggested this map should be added:

This map is great, honestly, it is. However, I don't think it'll get added to the server (Or any server). Like me and @Poke talked about, this map is HUGE. It's not huge like the 150MB+ maps that were suggested previoiusly, the map has so many things going on it's insane. Not only is there an underground section that is very confusing, but also the above-ground material is too overwhelming. While I do applaud the map maker for putting so much detail and effort into his map, it just doesn't fit into our server. If we had 50+ player's constantly playing who had competent communicative CT's along with T's that don't rebel, then maybe this map would work.

Cons:

This map's doors open out, meaning players get stuck in them and get pushed around when they open them
There are a lot of useless rooms that confuse players, and would just add to the chaos
There is a large catwalk system going around the whole map, we'd have players all over the place. On top of this, there is also a huge connection of CT watchtowers going across the entire wall, adding more useless space and rooms.
Lots of empty space spreading everything out
The beautiful shrubbery, that is everywhere (I mean everywhere), has the ability to be walked through. This means there are 5x the amount of spots to hide in and confuse CT's/make them lose track of t's faster.
A lot of the buttons that require the "key" simply do not work (Shooting Range enabling buttons,
Roullete is bugged and does not kill when it's supposed to
There are only two snipers able to be given in the armory, an Auto and Awp are the only options and you can only have two of each. In a map like this Auto's and AWP's are what people are going to want to use.
The only secret I was able to find (Saferoom in the "Boss' office) is extremely obscure and hard to even find out how it works
The map misses out on many chances to implement good secrets in areas it provides.
Like most maps, the Track is useless
The wall and fence provide too many ways to get to sections of the map
The soccerball does not reset when a goal is made
The pool water is blindingly bright
The guy used 93% of the available props

Pros:
The colors and jump rope death games are innovative, new, and fun.
Innovative pool "leveling" system
Beautiful landscaping (pro and con)
An innovative way to collect weapons
An interesting easter egg way to find the code for the bosses room (CuTe)
"New" Car derby death game
Signs everywhere to explain minigames and to route people to the right place
A working and accurate radar system
Terrorists can win automatically if one of them "escapes" by getting outside of the fence by following the route outside the main building towards the Guard Base.
The mapmaker actively is in engaged with fixing bugs and replying to questions on the maps workshop page


Overall, the cons outweigh the pros. This map would simply not do well on our server, or most servers. My vote is No.

First of all, thanks for your review.
Sorry I didn't reply earlier, I had no notification.

I think this map isn't meant to be played in the way you play default jail maps. Some testers said it plays more like a Roleplay map.

I tested local, but everything is working fine. If you want to, we can test out these bugs. I want to tix them, if we confirm the bugs.

But I have to say that this file will not be updated, unless bugs can be fixed without recompiling.
Upcoming versions will be uploaded as a different file.

Again, thanks for you review :) (maybe this map will never be played actively on any server, keeping it as a concept map)
