Bug Reports!
Again, as with the Imperium mod- Found a bug? Report it, and be as clear as possible. Include steps for replicating the issue if you can, etc.

The Rail gun..Is it supposed to be as weak as it is? Because it only takes down 20% Health on even Coalition soldiers. And it dosen't penatrate them (It looks like it dose but it dosent.) Anyway if this is a error i'd like to report it.

CC's physics with weapons like that are a little janky due to the shot velocities and object interactions. It's perfectly possible to oneshot Coalition Lights with a hit to center mass or the head though; I'm testing it in the Firing Range mod right now. Chances are you will hit and blow off one of their arms or their helmet first though.

I'll keep tweaking the shot pattern and see if I can make it behave a little better.

Already noted for the next build, noticed a few days ago. Forgot to enable the loadouts file. For the time being, you can reenable it in GDI.rte/Index.ini by removing the two slashes from the start of the very last line.

i experience the same bug but with the commando railgun as well as the zone enforcement machine gun, whenever a unit has it in its inventory when trying to equip it, it just flies out of the hands of any unit using it (except zone trooper)

Then you're not experiencing a bug, though it probably is a little counterintuitive by the "pick up and use any gun with infinite ammo" standards of CC. As detailed in the documentation linked in the description, the ZMG and CRC can only be used by the Zone Trooper and Commando respectively. The Brotherhood's cyborg-exclusive weapons work the same way (though in their case, cyborgs also just cannot use any other guns at all either).

I would rather have just made it so the guns wouldn't fire in the wrong hands, but I don't think anything like that was possible at the time, so force-dropping was the next best option.
