Well, I don't think it's possible. It only can work with Health, the other way would be giving armor each time you take damage... but the Armor sound would play each time and become annoying.

Why not have it auto regive it everytime it hits 0? That way the noise isnt playing all of the time, and it saves the player from having to toggle to button each time they run out.

sry for the late reply, well I could try something like:

When the player is hit 6 times, give armor

That be cool :) If you do implementation this it should be as an additional button so that its optional. That way those who play without infinite health can still die at the pace they might in a regular match.
