Faction/ally/owner recognition, so that only factions which are neutral/enemies with the owners of the inhbitor are inhibited, and friendlies can still jump.

actually I think it would be better if friendlies couldn't jump because it would for one be fair. although I do agree with phoenix and would like to see a non-vanailla DX9/DX11 model.

The mod doesn't work anymore after v01.101 of Space Engineers. Players are unable to build Jump Drive Inhibitor on ships.
