thats just as the same as Mini-crits

Mad Milk, Jarate, water, and airblast removes effect (removed from both teams)
What if:
It was a throwable weapon, like jarate, that would deal a random amount of DOT (damage over time). it would generate a time for the effect, and the damage for the effect. maybe, to keep it balanced, it would always scale, so that if you had a long amount of time, it would deal low damage, or if you had a lot of damage, it would only last a short amount of time. ofcourse there would be a limit to how much time you can get, and how much damage you can deal. maybe it could even have less throwing range.

On Hit: Make a Player eyes Cover with black water for 8 sec (just like Jarate aka Jar of P i s s Sniper)
- Make Player Bleed for 9 sec (wow that so OP)

+Damage increases by 100% per person who's been hit(Example: so if there is a group of 5 people in a group and someone throws the Melf's magic potion at them it will do 70 damage per person)
-No random crits
-Can't be crit boosted
-No aftermath (No effect afterwards)
Pros:
Target Is Jarated, Mad Milked, and Takes Bleeding Damage
Cons:
The Effects Wear Off Much Faster Than Most Throwable Items
-50% Regen Of Item (Takes A Long Time To Brew The Stuff, Ya Know? Can't Rush Art.)
Anyway, Just A Start. I Think These Would Be Cool Effects.
That's it. Like the jarate it's simple and the only downside is that you don't have the razorback, or the other secondaries.
Bow:
fires two arrows per shot
25% slower charge rate
-50% max primary ammo on wearer (to simulate using two arrows at once)
-20% slower reload speed
Potion:
Enemies hit by the potion are slowed, otherwise functions identical to jarate or mad milk (puts out fire, Neon Annihilator crits, etc.)
They would pair well together, as a slowed enemy would be easier to take out with the slower bow or melee.
