As I stated in the title where are all the servers for this?

There's about 6-8 servers right now, In NA and EU.

Make sure you let workshop update. And that you have the latest version from moddb. The latest version (from moddb) as of this writing was on 8/7. If you haven't updated since then, do that first.

You don't need them, all the servers appear in the browser.
