Can you please read the other threads. This question has been answered several times especially because this bug is the sole focus of more than one thread here.
I will sum this up for hopefully the next person who has the same issue:
Engrams in Primitive+ become deactive --do not appear & and are not controllable via overrides-- once you add any MOD to the load list.
Primtive+ will work, you will harvest bee's, rice, etc, and get fat, spare ribs and bacon. The Smithy you craft will have the smithy model from P+ as will your spears and other models P+ changed.
However - P+ will not work in any meaningful as long as you have other Mods installed.
We are currently in a holding pattern waiting for a fix.
