this works so well with World of Ideologies
had a run where I watched a Belarussian named Irina Kromid become Russia's leader through a coup (war against tyranny) and turned the nation into a communist state in the 1880s. she was eventually also ousted in a coup but the soviet union remained communist. she ended up being the leader of communist Tajikistan where her descendants still rule to this day.
