i can't still found the elf....There is a specific hour?

so like i was playing then i couldnt find the elf so i searched and searched then i found him, he was out of the map just looking at the void, also anyway to spawn him back him i MIGHT have pushed him off into the void too....

I've fixed his spawn location, he should always spawn on the upper floor of the Bee and Barb in Riften now. He will still wander around though, so look over the whole place if you can't find him immediately.

It should come up as a dungeon marker in the quest log. It's Reachwind eyrie.

i have no quest giver anywhere in the bee and barb or anywhere in riften

Hm, that's odd. Do you have any other mods that affect NPCs, locations, or quests? Have you tried entering the Bee and Barb and immediately heading upstairs to where he's supposed to spawn?

He looks like a standard Dark Elf and his name is Erenath Endbringer (or "Ren" when you talk to him).

He does have a tendency to sometimes spawn in strange places, so make sure you check every room thoroughly.

For some reason there is no elf anywhere. I noclipped around the instance and still found nothing.

I'm not sure why that is. Are you running other mods simultaneously? Have you tried disabling/uninstalling the mod and reinstalling?
