I have been seeing negative population after canceling units that were queued. Playing as Massilia. This mod is awesome; I love the concept - but it is currently broken. Playing with the set of mods described in Reb's 4D chess (how I found your mod) as well as 12TPY.

Alternatively, it's not broken; just don't cancel queued units!
