[_] Fix voice lines
[_] Wrench disarms mines
[_] Improve firing delay system
[_] Pick unused bags back up?
[_] Use charges instead of 1 bag?
[_] Fix arming sounds on weapon-placed mines
[_] Make door welding more like Alien Swarm because that works fairly well (check ASW code base?)
