Rank Names

is there any possible way to edit the rank names to my own even with this mod installed?

I am hoping for an answer to this as well, as I'm currently using the N7 Rank Names mod and this one overrides it. If possible, I'd like to make the modifications back to that one to override Spectrum's names.
