IMPORTANT LW2 INFO
I can confirm that LW2 is broken by this mod. Unfortunatley, I do not have the time to work on this mod anymore and DavidLallen who made the Jiffy Lube ability that looks to be the thing that breaks LW2, is no longer in touch with me.

I have no idea if people or the dreamer are still working on this mod project, if so that is great.
Otherwise, I am very sorry for letting this mod die and letting you, the XCOM 2 community down.
