I think I just hit the brick wall for my Lv. 65 FEP Assassin.

Sometimes Steam fails to notify us on Discussions hence the delay on response.

hey Masque, i can check it out tomorrow but from memory the boss does -move/attack speed each time it hits you and it can stack. I have not played FEP Assassin but try different tactics such as ranged, or hit and run attacks so the boss doesn't stack too many melee hits on you.

I think you can also "skip" this boss and continue on as a back up option.

Got the 50% slow resist socketable from the Netherlord last night, just before starting act 5 again, so that should help, too, and Steffire told me about the Willpower Tome, which I can grab from the vendor.

I never tried to just run past this boss. Didn't even cross my mind, but I'll keep that in mind as a backup option.

Most bosses you cannot run past but i think this is classed as a champion/unique champion but if you dont have any luck with new tactics or hit and run then run past.
