I am a long-time user of Wonder Race and have liked its benefit and performance. I do like your feature improvements.
I do not like to monkey around with editing programs. Typos are too easy to make and I am no programmer. If options are to be off, there should be an easy Box Check to turn each option On/Off.
I would like notifications to be repeated each turn, ID of other player {only if met}, and how many turns Behind/Ahead one is.
Wonders buffing should be left to the Wonder Mod Dev.
I am sorry about the inelegant way it's done at the moment. I will make it possible to toggle the options inside the game when time permits, but for now this has to do. That said, it is not very difficult to do (just a bit cumbersome), just replace "false" with "true" in the file and save. You do not have to restart Civ V after making this change, but you will have to reload your game.
For the setup you describe, set WRRepeatLosingNotification, WRNotifyCompetitorID and WRNotifyTurnDiff to "true" (without quotes).
At the moment, repeating notifications is not available if you are ahead in the race (to be honest, I did not think anyone would be interested in that), but if you want it, I will include it in the next update.
