  • FIRST IDEA
    -CHANGE TACHANKA UNIT TO COMMUNE TILE IMPROVEMENT (building).
    Commune would be a union of few houses on a tile, wich would give some food, gold, production and science.

    -UNEPLOYED CITIZENS WOULD GIVE THE DOUBLE OF PRODUCTION
    Actually, its pretty hard to explain.
    As an Anarchist Nation, citizens would not easily work nor help the development of their nation, because there is nothing that can stop them from doing this (there are no laws).
    So Uneployed Citizens should give double of production for realistic reasons.

    -RECEIVE A FIGHTING BONUS FIGHTING AGAINST AN AUTOCRACY
    Their people would do everything to protect their lands against a fascist nation.
    They want to protect their freedom at all costs, they dont want to live on a totalitarian and autoritarian regime.

I like the idea of the commune tile improvement, but I personally really like the idea of a modern chariot archer, so I'm changing the UA a bit to give the Free Territory extra stuff for things like farms and plantations. I also would like to give extra production for unemployed citizens and combat bonus vs. autocracy, but I have not yet quite figured out how to do this. Thank you for the suggestions.

I also like your Tachanka idea, but I dont think putting a Chariot Archer as an model would be a good idea. I mean, a true tachnka model would be better.
Maybe just changing the Archer Model to a Cossack and chaging their bows to a Tachanka Machine-Gun would solve this.
(I know its not easy to model on Civ 5, so I respect that. But a true and realistic Tachanka model would just make the mod perfect).

Actually, it would be the mission of the Commune Tile Improvement :)
Instead of building a normal plantation or a normal farm, you would be able to build a commune, wich would give extra resources like food.
