Before I played FM1 with this mod, my game crashed (I forgot the displayed message). I restarted it and I was able to play, but for some reason, my ME Overhaul campaign became vanilla and everything restarted (like a new vanilla campaign except I was able to keep my rank) after I finished FM1 and travelled to the final region (I haven't defeated the Geth yet).

I messed around with the .xml files and I was able to revert the changes but I now have to capture the whole region again. I'm kinda bummed because I was looking forward on playing FM2 with this mod. Is this mod not compatible w/ the 2 final missions? Thank you for answering!
