Not working with any keybindings

Uh so If I have addons would I need to delete them or just disable?

none of my addons are conflicting because I have them all disabled rn, and it doesn't pop up in settings.

For example, Death From Above custom campaign is known to make a problem with keybindings for my vocalizer.
