The thing you're referring to is called radial menu and it's Character-specific 8 (limited use) for Ellis. But please read everything written on the vocalizer's Workshop page carefully before you write here "It's not working!" or similar.

i'm complaining. i listened to the limited use lines and they are...so very beautiful =(
