Laser shotgun has 0 crit
The laser shotgun has no crit which severely impacts the damage output of anyone relying on shotguns.
Is that on purpose or an oversight?

Yes, it would be really helpful to either point out the missing crit in the item description so people are warned before buying a potential downgrade ( 1 bonus dmg vs. 15% lost crit chance) or just fix the laser shotgun so it has atleast 15% crit chance like the magnetic shotgun.

Or are we missing some hidden bonus that is not documented anywhere?

Edit: I just found out how you can fix the missing crit from shotguns and sniper rifles:

go to folder ***\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\268500\712967878\Config

and open "XComLW_LaserPack.ini"

there change "SHOTGUN_LASER_CRITCHANCE = 0" to " = 15"
and "SNIPERRIFLE_LASER_CRITCHANCE = 0" to " = 10"
to get the normal magnetic weapon values for crit chance (or add 5 on top of the corrected shotgun value to get plasma values :-)

None of the weapons appear to have crit chance when I look at the .ini...
Do you know the values that the rest of them should be, Warjack?

Yeah it's been fixed in the latest update.
