I believe China should be renamed the Grand Empire of China if you decide to make Yuan Shikai's son Emperor since that was the official name for China while Shikai was Emperor.

Maybe all the anarchy nations should just use the red and black for now? Given that the state doesn't exist more, the symbol would perhaps just be a universal signal of anarchist territories?
