I just realized that the Thirst need is still very broken. When I was testing, I was also using Chad's Drink Mod so while trying to test my Thirst need provider they were using Chad's Drink Mod's items instead of mine. Don't worry, if you don't use Chad's Drink Mod, I've finally fixed it. No more "fixed needs file" in the changelog anymore, unless I add stuff and that happens to be broken. All you have to do is wait for version 1.3 or follow these instructions:


Go to the mod's folder.
1. Windows 7/8 (Open the run program, right click start or open start depending on your os and type "%appdata%)
2. Windows 10 (Open the run program and type %localappdata%)
Go to the Introversion folder
Go to the Prison Architect folder
Go to the Mods folder
Open up the Prison Architect Plus folder. (You will see a series of folders named with numbers. You have to open up each folder and look at Manifest.txt. Look for "Prison Architect Plus". If you see that, then that's the correct folder.)
Open up Needs.txt
Scroll down to BEGIN Provider (break) Name Thirst
Remove line "Slot 0"
Save.

Congrats, you've just edited a mod. Be sure to do this to needs - female.txt if you have any female prisons. This is the only version of the mod that you will have to do this if you don't run Chad's Drink Mod. Sorry about the inconvenience.
