Report Bugs, Crashes, and Compatibility Issues HERE
I'd like to use this discussion as a place to come and report any bugs or issues you may be having while running the mod. Feel free to post f you want to report a bug, if you are having any issues you'd like to discuss, or if you think you've found a specific compatibility issue, so we can look into them.


====== PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING =======

When adding a post, please try to be as descriptive as possible about it. It's hard to help if we can't get a similar situation to occur! So things like:
1. List of mods you are using or were using.
2. Date/time of issue.
3. Specific info on the savegame, like when it was started, last turn saved, etc.
4. In-game situation, which faction, which lord, what conditions caused it, etc.
5. Try repeating the situation, is it happening every time?

These 5-points will really help when commenting on your specific questions, so please take the time to do this, so we can take the time to actually help! Thanks everyone, and keep enjoying the mod!!

Using lorehammer mod and all reccomended mods that go with lorehammer. September 16th. Just started using all lords mod because I thought the bugs had all been ironed out yesterday. While looking for new lords I noticed the regular vanilla lords now have the same stats and the deamon slayer lords. It even says demon slayer over the top of the lords UI details. Yes it is repeating.

@Fredoid - You think you could take some screenshots? This sounds like a very strange bug, I don't think I've heard anyone describe having any stats overwritten on vanilla lords, there's literally nothing in the the tables in the mod that would do that. I'm sure its solvable, and sounds like some sort of compatibility issue, we've got lots of testers who can run similar tests with those mods and see if they get similar results. Can you write out your full mod-list?

Trying to figure out how to share the screenshot I have made to show you.
These are the screen shots of all three lord types for the dwarves. You will notice when i select the vanilla lord i get a slayer stats and profile.

@Chad-jensens7537 - Okay I've got it. I just did this test myself, and I know what is happening. The good news is that it's not ACTUALLY doing what it appears to be doing per-se (see below).

Did you try taking it literally 1 step further and recruit the Dwarf Lord? Because when I did, even though the Daemon Slayer was displayed before in the recruitment tab, once recruited he was 100% Dwarf Lord, stats, portrait, skill tree, etc. Basically exactly as it should be.

So you're right that there is a minor visual bug during recruitment that displays the daemon slayer when you hover or click on the regular dwarf lord, but it won't actually cause ANY issues, or change anything about the Dwarf Lord outside that recruitment window.

So it's still something to fix, because ultimately I feel that polish is very important. I've got an idea of what's causing it, and will work to try fix, but rest assured it will have no impact on gameplay. Thanks for this though, happy to look into it more deeply to find a long-term solution. :steamhappy:

Found a little bug with compatibility in regards between this mod and Wiids Affects: Legendary Lord Traits(No others mods are the cause (1.)). When both are on for some reason whenever if you choose Archeon(Never tested recruitment.) he gains the "Empower the runes" affect to his weapon strikes (3.)(4.)(5.). Found it odd that my foes were having the buff special affect popping up on them. Having unbreakable, more armour piercing, and untiring enemies everytime Archeon hits them was pretty funny. Archeon was so scary to them that they kept on fighting and even hitting harder.
This could be cause by the fact that his mod is a little out of date(Grim and Grave me believes.) Still a lovely mod. I was giving you this incase anybody complains about it. Gameplaywise it only means that Chaos will be harder if played as them(Mostly in Archeons case.) but other most gameplay is unaffected.
Oh and I found it yesterday 10/03/16. Just wanted to cover point (2.).
In short play Chaos, me remove tabletop lords. Play anything else. Don't remove anything.

@lazylegionspark - Thanks for this, its certainly interesting. It sounds like as you somewhat guessed, that it could have to do with them not updating their mod in a while, but it's strange that this would interact with All Lords in any way. There shouldn't be any crossover, seeing as every edit in this mod ADDS new rows, for new lords, and all of the lords are custom, so they don't change anything about the way existing lords work. So from my understanding of how the mods are made its certainly confusing, but I'll have to dig into it a bit to see what they have done first, I'm not familiar with the mod you are referencing. Thanks again, I'll check it out as a curiosity when I have a moment :)
@jdharrow No problem. I myself was so curious that I installed the Assembly Kit to try and figure it out(Stopped after realizing that I had no idea what I was doing.).

@Sebiblanc - First of thanks for enjoying the mod!

I'm gonna do a bit of a long explanation, so bear with me, and read till the end plz :)

Debugging is often more complicated than just "having time".... Sometimes you can spend hours, days, or even weeks trying to solve an issue without making any real progress other than knowing what didn't work! There's no roadmap or guidelines for making mods like this, usually we are having to figure out breakthroughs in modding for ourself, and lords is one of those territories that this is ESPECIALLY true. So please try to be understanding and when we say we are looking into something, know that we are doing the best we can to find solutions, hopefully you can tell from the way I work that quality is important.

Regardless, you know from reading the text you quoted above, that this is just a visual bug during recruitment, which has no impact on gameplay, or even immersion in a large way since it's only when "hovering" over the dwarf lord. I've spent some good time on it recently, but I have to balance that with the rest of the work. It has to do with the fact that the way CA made the Dwarf Lord, they only had the 1 lord, and they didn't make it an "agent subtype" like they did with the other factions (This was true for Empire as well until they added the Arch Lector last patch). So effectively this bug will go away as soon as another basic Dwarf Lord is added by CA, or when I find a solution that works that doesn't cause a much worse bug that we fixed with this solution where the Daemon Slayer and Runelord have the same portrait/model as the regular Dwarf Lord.

Should I be turning portraits to 2D? For the Grand Masters I get the side of a horse as the character portrait on 3D. However when I turn to 2D portraits, the Grand Master's portrait then becomes an amber wizard. O.o
I'm getting a crash in the new patch while looking at the skill tree page for savage orc warbosses using any greenskin faction. The specific skill causing the crash is "Savage Hordes" at the top of the skill tree page. That seems to be the only skill in their tree that causes it to crash.
I'll check the other lords to make sure they don't have any messed up trees.

Unrelated, what are your thoughts towards specializing the Savage orc warbosses for savage orcs like Wurrzag? Specifically the "Brutal Lads" and "Real Savage Boys" replacing "Da Boys" and " 'Ard Lads".
There doesn't seem to be any problems with any other added Lords.

On the second, definitely some possibilities, let me think on it but these are great suggestions.
