Ive currently looted a Plasma bomb (Suicide purpose) on a Rim of Madness crypt event. The area is filled with graves able to be opened, and ive looted this on one body. I want to manually unload it from a pack animal and its not working
Is it on purpose to loot these items ?

Edit: Its the same case for Crucible Precision Rifle

Currently loaded the save and i get XML errors spawning peacekeepers and the AI just walks off braindead.

EDIT: when he died the purple went away, might have been due to his shield thing?

I just had a raider come in without a shield thing and he had the massive purple square, i checked all his clothes and he was armored/geared the same as another raider who didint have the purple square.

So i dont think its clothing related. As soon as i downed him he lost the square, captured him and still no square

Loading this mod prevents the first drop pods from landing in a new colony, resulting in a bland, but scenic view of the wildlife on the map.

Starting a new colony without this mod allows the first pods to land as expected.

Sent the full error log, warts and all.

I too have experienced the purple box issue, and I have no idea what causes it, all I know is I get a headache just looking at it.

THIS MOD REQUIRES A FRESH SAVE.

starting a new save fixed my purple box issue and the braindead ai.
ive had purple box issues with other mods and solved it like this too.

so maybe a bug or mod issue, a weapons pod just dropped off a federation rifle and it doesn't seem to have an option in my stockpile for drop off, just picked it up can't drop it from my characters inventory either.

Apparently you can not make the federation rifle or sniper... like at all, even though the research says you unlock it.

The Peacekeepers price is insanely low($1) and just makes unwinnable raids, for example just had a 7 peacekeeper raid vs my neolithics, that hasn't even researched smithing yet
Two errors related to other mods that i've found connected to the recent updates!
First, incompatibility with the Combat Shields mod, throws this error - https://pastebin.com/LPvHCaWZ

Second, red erros showing up with the last update from today, apparently connected to the Misc.Robots mod.

Both erros disappear from the other mods if i remove the Federation mod from the list, so it seems to be directly related to this one.

seems have conflict with [What the Hack], just load these two mods

so right no any kind of friendly mech (robots hacked mechanoids pfc) always have weakness hediffs its partially anoying with drones as it endlessly spams the messages
