Templates for different maps
Hey there,
would it be possible to create a template feature in CD? Because some maps, like for example Nuked, are way easier to beat on CD than other maps.

So, instead of manually editing the settings ingame for each map, it would be nice to have an option to predetermine everything in the .ini for each map in the game.

You make a good point, and this is an interesting idea. I hadn't considered it until you brought it up.

I've had repeated requests for the ability to store more than one set of SpawnCycleDefs and switch between them without config editing, but this is different -- applying a set of arbitrary config option overrides based on the map.

I haven't investigated how this might work, and it could turn out to involve prohibitively costly refactoring or something, but I will keep both these ideas in mind when I do investigate. Perhaps there is a way to support both ideas with a single underlying system (maybe based on the unrealscript PerObjectConfig modifier).
