if you guys find any bugs, please post them here, its easier for me to keep track of them.
The comments section goes by too fast and i might miss the bug report.

List of known bugs:
- dps being incorrectly passed if they are same level, if they are different levels, that doesnt matter
- Time Pearce; protectors blade ; oculus reaver sword bugging (fixed, their unique Specials cant be transfered but they can receive others and then pass those other too)
-elementalType only being visual, not aplying the correct status effects (fixed for melee only so far)

Not bugs:
- different type of magnorbs not working - magnorbs are so unique that what they do is not transferable
- avali shortswords / certain mod weapons not being recognized - thats an error on the avali mod /certain mod itself, it means that the weapon is not being categorized as such (either the category value or the itemTags value is not properly saying that the weapon is a weapon), report that in their mod's page

Sniper rifles at least are still bugged. They'll always take on the damage properties of the weapon you select for appearance. Tested extensively with the DPS mod to make sure I knew which weapon was the better pick before hand.

Bugs and weirdness with specific combinations:

Putting Flamethrower (broadsword special from Firestorm's Fury) any other special (tested with flamethrower, trail dash and great wave) on a weapon with the legendary broadsword Time Pierce's visual creates a bugged-out weapon which you hold like a staff, don't automatically face the cursor while wielding, and can't attack with - it also froze the game for a while the first time I equipped it, and even weirder things started happening when I fused it with other broadswords. This might happen with other weapons too, but I've only noticed it with these.

Probably not your fault, but the aforementioned special (Flamethrower) does pretty funky things if you put it on a broadsword with a different visual (tested with violium broadsword) - it angles all your slashes up or down at where you last aimed the flamethrower, like a strange unwieldy shortsword. Chucklefish's fault?

Protector's Broadsword special doesn't stick if you use it with another weapon's visual. (I can guess why, but is there a way to detect this and give a warning/error/grey out the checkbox?)

If a weapon has unusual properties for its type (one-handed on a broadsword, or a different primary-fire ability), this seems to be tied to visual. For example, the legendary sniper rifle Tesla's Wrath gets its primary attack from its visual and not the primary attack selection. Staves work perfectly - tried putting Kluex's Staff's primary-fire on a different staff and it worked. Chucklefish's fault?

Complaining over, back to hacking things up with a weapon that should not be. Thanks for this mod! I'm having a lot of fun with it.

The Pulse Pistol mod doesn't seem to play around well with this one. I have a generic loot-dropped machine pistol and a Pulse Pistol from the mod. The generic pistol has 23 DPS, and the Pulse Pistol has 33.3 DPS. When I fuse them and pick the appearance of the generic pistol, it ends up with 23 DPS instead of using the higher stats.

When combining some Legendary weapons (This happened to me with an Oculus Reaver/Eyesword) the broadsword becomes bugged and:

1. Only swing once, unless you switch to another item and then go back
2. Disables facing the opposite direction of where you were facing when you swung
3. Disables the special attack for the OculusReaver (I don't know if other generic attacks work)
4. If I combine two OculusReavers, one being the broken sword, the combination reverts the damage to 28.8 (the original output) and breaks the new sword as well.

I am having issues with elemental attacks on broadswords. Even though the broadswords I am using are rare or legendary, the elemental effect only applies to the special attack.

It doesn't seem to work with the Extended Magnorbs Mod (https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=746884345) the game kinda freezes for a bit and then nothing happens.

But aside from that, sweet mod! I really like it so far!

Placing the Aegisalt Bow and the Adaptable Crossbow in the station crashes the game. Though I don't even know if they are supposed to be compatible.
Pretty vague I guess. Tested multiple times, always crashes.

The station doesn't recognize Avali shortswords at all. It won't acknowledge that I've placed them in the slots. It does however work with the rest of the Avali weapons so no issues there.

my bad, when the code gets too long trying to fix something sometimes breaks other things,
namely, when adding the status effects to the swords basic combo, i broke some other things xD
uploaded a temporary fix, doesnt change the type of shot, only changes the element

If you fuse 2 "Unique Weapons" (I.e. Erchius Eye and Ixodoom Claw) It completely breaks your character and makes it so you can basically never play as the character again
